Blu-ray specifications
Our Blu-ray products are encoded at the highest possible data rate to deliver maximum audio-visual fidelity. Due to these high specifications, specific hardware requirements must be met for successful playback.

Playback Requirements
Your Blu-ray player must be:

• Capable of sustained high-bitrate playback.
• BD-R compliant.
• Region Free compatible.
• Updated with the latest firmware.
• A dedicated, performant Blu-ray player (PlayStation® consoles are not compatible due to DRM).

Recommended Players
We strongly recommend the following players for guaranteed playback:

• SONY BDP-S6700
• SONY UBP-X70

Any player with 4K upscaling or 4K playback capabilities is generally suitable but cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee playback outside of the players we recommend above. Quality Assurance
Each disc undergoes rigorous quality control checks on several hardwares prior to shipping, including full playback. Discs are Region Free and will play on compatible players worldwide.

Playback on Incompatible Devices
If your player does not meet the required specifications:

• The disc may not play.
• The disc may return to the main menu before complete playback (usually after 10-20 minutes of playback.)
• This is not a fault but a hardware limitation of the Blu-ray player being used.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for playback issues related to incompatible hardware.
• We advise using a recommended player for guaranteed playback.

Shipping Information

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for order processing and shipment after the conclusion of each product release (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• We are not responsible for carrier mishandling, delays, or losses once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Recipients are solely responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.
• We cannot provide information on potential customs fees or assist with customs-related issues.
• Customs agencies may require recipients to complete additional forms before package release.
• The recipient is responsible for contacting their local post office or the relevant carrier for shipment issues.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
• We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
• While we will attempt to honour address change requests, we cannot guarantee changes after order placement.
